1 Your holiday is confirmed in writing or email upon receipt of your deposit and booking form.
2 Deposits are non refundable.
2a Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
3 Gite is to be departed by 10am on departure day.
4 If it is necessary to alter a confirmed booking we will try to accommodate you if at all possible.
5 Lac Cimes accepts no responsibility in respect of any flight or cancellations due to weather,strikes, terrorism or events beyond our control. You must make sure you have all the relevant up to date travel documents.
6 We reserve the right to terminate your holiday if you are causing harm or a nuisance to other people, to the grounds, property or lac Cimes, without compensation or any refund.
7 If you cause damage you will be liable for any replacement costs.
8 You are expected to take reasonable care of all hired equipment and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your holiday.
9 Our liability to you will not exceed the amount paid to us for your holiday. We accept no liability for any death or personal injury unless this is a result of our own negligence. You must take all the necessary steps to safeguard your own personal safety.
10 We require a holding charge of £100 payable on arrival, this will be returned when all checks of equipment have been made. An appropriate sum will be deducted if any equipment is damaged.
11 In the unlikely event of any complaint, this must be reported to the bailiff on site or direct or put in writing within seven days of your holiday.
12 We accept your deposit and booking form on the understanding that you have read the terms and conditions.
13 We recommend that you carry travel insurance as adequate protection for yourself and your belongings against theft, damage or injury. You should have an up to date passport. Insurance is not included in your holiday.
14 Booking with lac Cimes signifies that you accept full responsibility and that Lac Cimes is fully exempt from any claims whatsoever.
